I applied online and had a conversation with an interim Recruiter shortly - nice chat, not a formal interview. I have to say though that the information he provided about the structure of the department was not 100% correct and a bit confusing as I found out during the 2nd interview. Then the second interview with the hiring manager - went pretty well, very KPIs focused. Got rejection email in the next week or so with an invitation to have a call to discuss in detail if I wanted to. Overall, the experience was not bad. P.S Not a competitive salary level for the role and the benefits package is very limited.
