The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at On in Dec 2020
Interview
Though it is long it really is nice to meet all the people that would potentially be in your team! The task was nice to do and discussing it afterwards was really a pleasure, they are super open and highly friendly!
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at On (Portland, OR) in Feb 2022
Interview
Long and dragged out interview process with minimal to no communication. Went several MONTHS without hearing back after the second interview. Accepted I hadn't gotten the role as they didnt respond to my outreach, then was contacted again for a final interview, only to wait several more weeks to find out I didn't get the job. Interviews themselves were fair. Staff was friendly, but clearly don't respect your time and what it's like to be left hanging
