Was contacted by their lovely recruiter on LinkedIn (role wasn't advertised externally).
The process took just under two months (I went on holiday during this time so I reckon it would've been quicker otherwise).
Stages:
- Screener call with recruiter (30 mins)
- Interview with hiring manager (30 mins)
- Task (given three days to complete) - was a great one
- Another call with the recruiter to fully align on compensation and benefits expectations
- x3 separate (not a panel) interviews with teammates (30 mins each)
mine took place on the same day:
9am - social engagement skills & experience,
1pm - consumer copywriting skills & experience and
7pm (interviewer was based in America) - creative writing skills & experience)
Final feedback was delivered over a phone call from the recruiter. Was told the team liked me and it was down to me and one other person (who got the job) and got an explanation about how they made their decision. Really appreciated the update and not being ghosted.
All in all a great experience with a great team. They also sent me an 'AppreciatiOn' - a pair of On trainers worth £160 for free and said to look out for future opportunities with them.
