The interview process is extremely long. Mine was more than three months long. You go through several steps that are clearly outlined in the company's website. After every step, it would take aroun 2-3 weeks to schedule the next step interview. HR is a mess as everytime you get to speak to a different HR person who knows nothing about you. The hiring manager and all VM team members were very professional.
