Interview
I applied twice to the job posting. Both times the job posting was false. The first time they said it was a full time position, then at the first interview they said it was downgraded to part time. The second time I applied the position was posted at a part-time role. Then on my third interview they said that the position was downgraded to a 7 week role. After three interviews in 4 weeks, I didn't get the job. Very unprofessional!

Interview
I am a POC with a white name. It’s always very clear when an interviewer is expecting someone not a POC. I don’t know if the interviewer realized this, but her face fell when saw me. Another thing is that I emailed a “thank you” and within 31 minutes I received the rejection. Something about that just feels gross. I was a long time On customer prior to this experience. I’m selling all of my stuff right now.
