While the company is growing and introducing interesting projects, I would advise reflecting carefully before applying depending on your current work situation. The process requires a significant investment of time and effort - in my case, it involved six interviews with six people, plus a complex case study to be elaborated over the weekend with a strict delivery deadline.
The interview setup may give the impression of casual conversations, but in reality, you need to be highly prepared and alert. Each interviewer comes with pre-prepared questions, often tricky ones. The main issue for me, however, is that the content and focus of the interviews do not align well with the described priority from the job description. Throughout the process, I had doubts about whether we were all discussing the same role.
