On Project Lead interview questions

I applied on the website, then 3 days after I received an email from the HR to plan the 1st interview. 1. First interview 30min on the phone with the HR. Very simple and basic questions 2. As the 1st interview was positive I received a case study, I had 3 days to prepare and send back. The case study was representative of the day to day issues and projects (how i would organise, prioritize, present, etc) 3. I received a positive feedback for my case study, so they planned an interview with the hiring manager 4. 1hour interview with the hiring manager (video call). very precise questions about situations, experiences and quick presentation of my homework on the case study -> one week after this last interview i received a negative answer and the HR explained to me the reasons why they move forward with other candidates (phone call) I think there was many other steps after. I know that their process are quite long but the all process and the people were very nice, the case study really demands time but it's a very good test to see if you are gonna like the job or not. Sometimes it helps you realise that it is not really what you wanna do, so I would say super helpful.
