Interview
The interview process overall felt relaxed and conversational. I appreciated how passionate each person I met was about the brand and the culture at On. That said, it did feel like there was a stronger preference for candidates with experience specifically in the sportswear, sneaker, or athletic space, even if you bring strong retail leadership from adjacent industries. Some of the questions from area leads seemed improvised rather than structured, which made it a bit harder to gauge how I was being assessed. Still, I admired how much they care about finding people who align with their values and team energy.
