The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OnDeck (New York, NY) in Sep 2014

Interview

Emailed my resume to the director of sales who I found via LinkedIn. I received a call from an in house recruiter I submitted a live recorded video of one minute answers to 6 unknown questions. Invited on site to meet three sales managers one on one. Followed up with a phone call with the director. I got an offer three weeks after applying.

The interview process was straight forward and organized. I got the sense the management team was very involved and invested in developing their sales people. They got back to me quickly and was a fairly seamless process. The team was organized and there was limited time of not knowing next steps.
