Question 1

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OnDeck (Denver, CO) in Mar 2015
Interview
Garbage - management doesn't know up from down. They are incompetent. You can ace the interview but if they do not personally like you than you will not get the job. They have hired some proven failures at past jobs but will pass on proven winners. Dumb.
