There is an initial screener e-mail with a few questions. One question asks if you have been vaccinated or would request a religious exemption. I then had a phone screen with a person from HR. They mentioned that the company would occasionally have events in-person and asked if I would be okay with wearing a mask since I wasn't vaccinated (while the vaccinated employees would not be required to). I said I would consider it, despite feeling that it is a form of publicly ostracizing employees. For context, I am not anti-masks when there is a pragmatic safety issue, but the CDC currently only recommends it for public transport or if there is a lot of COVID cases in your area. . As a last aside, I generally don't like companies that have "mandatory fun" events anyways so I feel that I dodged a bullet here.
