Interview
I applied online and received an email the same day to complete a Predictive Index assessment. I completed it and then received another email an hour or 2 later inviting me to complete a phone screening with a recruiter. You are given a link to choose a date/time for the interview. Unfortunately, the closest date available was a week out. So a week later I completed the interview with the recruiter which was pretty easy and quick. She explained the job role, pay, and what the steps would be. She asked 3 customer service-related questions; all in all, it took about 15 minutes. I was then told I would be moving on to the next step which would be to complete a Customer Service Simulation. I completed the assessment on Friday and received an email on Monday stating they received my results from the assessment and would like to schedule a virtual interview with the hiring manager. I interviewed with the hiring manager the next day via Teams which was also pretty quick. She discussed the role and asked a few more behavioral questions about customer service. A few minutes after the interview, I received an email from the recruiter extending the job offer. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
