Interview
The recruiter was very attentive I was surprised by how involved they were with the whole process. There’s a two step process after meeting the recruiter. The process involves a virtual interview then an in person interview.

They asked if I’d be willing to get my insurance license
I received an email confirming the company interest from the head quarters
Scheduled a phone interview
Scheduled a in person interview
Interviewed by a panel of people, head of every department. I was also given the opportunity to ask all the questions I wanted to know about the company and given a brief tour to meet the rest of the team.
