I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at OneSupport (Austin, TX) in Sep 2012
Interview
I was contacted the next morning after filling out an application. They emailed me a link to a test that has 30 multiple choice questions to answer within 20 mins. I was advised that I needed to get a 70% to pass and they were looking for how fast it is completed not necessary how accurate. It is open search and you can research as long as you do it fast. I passed and was contacted the next morning for a skype interview that day. The interview was basic and lasted about 15 mins. After the interview I was contacted within 2 days to set up for training the following week.

Very basic questions. They basically want to make sure you have the right computer set up in a quiet environment so know what computer you have and program versions. Hardest question was tell me about a time when you had to resolve a customer concern.
