I first had a casual telephone interview with HR, he asked basic questions and filled me in on the role. After that I was invited to an interview which had 3 stages. The first was a one on one intereview with the team manager. The next was a presentation on a product and lastly there was a skills test.
All members of staff made me feel at ease. I was particularly worried about the skills test as I hadn't done one before but the interviewer was clear explaining the task.
