Interview
1. 45 mins on phone screening with local process about the experience.
2. 30 mins on MS Teams about the attitude to the applied position.
3. Presentation skills testing
If you can pass 3 steps and be a success candidate, you will go through step 4 to talk with TA.

Question 1
They ask about the experience and attitude. Then presentation skills test.
I first had a casual telephone interview with HR, he asked basic questions and filled me in on the role. After that I was invited to an interview which had 3 stages. The first was a one on one intereview with the team manager. The next was a presentation on a product and lastly there was a skills test.
All members of staff made me feel at ease. I was particularly worried about the skills test as I hadn't done one before but the interviewer was clear explaining the task.
