We discussed prior work experience. I worked the front desk at Gold's Gym in Sterling,VA before it closed. I was familiar with the check in process and gym operations. If you have experience working in retail or working in shifts then you won't have a problem adjusting to their requirements. I was offered the job during the interview and filled out the hiring paperwork on the same day.
