Applied online, received a phone call from the manager, and spoke briefly about my availability. Then, I had an in-person interview with the assistant manager who then offered me the job.

I got a recommendation from another employee at the company.
Very easy interview. It was a very laid back experience and the interviewer was very nice. I had a positive experience. Very basic questions, nothing too complicated. I'm not sure if my experience was easier because I had a recommendation, but it might have been.
