For MC, barring a criminal record (and sometimes that is questionable depending on the degree), if you can breathe, perform simple math and communicate with other people you will likely be hired. They need bodies as the turnover is well over 80% because the organization and structure for sales is horrendous. You can be overweight, smoke, drink heavily (many managers are at least one of these) and they will still hire you as long as they feel you can sell healthy living to others...the epitome of hypocrisy. For MD, they typically want some previous management experience.
