Interview
The interview was very easy going and low pressure. Either one or both managers will speak with you in their office to ask standard questions. There is a phone screening beforehand and then they will ask for an interview time.
First they will give you a phone interview and then if they think you are a good fit, an in person interview. Not always with the same person. Show interest in fitness and helping people. Also good to have goals within the company, like becoming a sales person or trainer.
