1 over the phone with fitness director, 2 in-person with fitness director to show case your coaching style, and 3 with manager and fitness director. 3 is more so an introduction to the company

I got a phone call from the manager two days after I sent in all my materials. I went in and the interview lasted all of 20 minutes. They were very direct that they were interested in me. They sent me the new hire stuff a few days later. All before the new location entered. Very efficient!
