Initial interview with generic type questions, follow up practical involved coming back on a separate day and actually putting someone through a workout, pretty standard. They seem to prefer NASM and ACSM certifications. Telling them you have wide open availability and that you are willing to practically live at the gym will make them drool. Beware however, they will expect you to, very nearly, live at the gym whether you have the availability or not.
