I applied online. I interviewed at Onterris (Richmond, VA) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview was very casual. Wasn't intimidating. But a lot of things were said that the management does not do. Told this is a team job as well as an individual based. If a team member is not holding to their requirements, it will not be tolerated. However, there are employees who do not do half their job or contribute to the team and the management says this is he last chance, but then ten more chances are given to said employee.

Went through skills listed on your resume and ask about each one of them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Onterris (Antioch, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Basically walked around and chatted about how the job works. Saw lots of equipment, and other technicians that looked sorta scrambled. Lots of trucks and trailers for testing... They looked beat up and clunky. Basic questions for the interview.
