I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ontic in Dec 2020
Interview
A very brief informal meeting with the Sales Development Manager followed by informal meetings with other Sales Development Reps. The process did not go beyond his. Seems like a good ole boys network.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ontic (Austin, TX) in May 2023
Interview
Interview process wasn't too challenging but still more thorough than other companies I was interviewing at. I had a project to complete prior that required doing account research and presenting on it to the team of SDR leaders and group directors. Phone interview, interview with manager, interview with VP of people, and final interview with SDR leaders and group directors where I presented and then did a live role play.
