I applied online. I interviewed at OpenGov (Redwood City, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Had a phone screening with the VP of HR. This was followed by a 4 round in person interview. The interview was your average interview. They asked about my background ,my knowledge in regards to government, additionally there were questions regarding working with customers. A few weeks later, I received an email from the VP of HR asking me to call her. She wanted to give me an update about the position. She had me call her to tell me I did not get the job. I feel that telling via email would had been more than sufficient. My experience went from average to mediocre thanks to that phone call. Left a very sour taste in my mouth in regards to the overall company.
