Interview
The interview process was fantastic; extremely quick and to the point. I have not experienced a more efficient process of hiring and great recruiters at that! I would definitely recommend OpenGov for any position.
I participated in a first round virtual interview with recruiter asking basic questions around interest in role type and organization. The next round was supposed to be with the hiring manager and in person.
First round was a basic behavioral interview - asked about background, any sales experience, why interested in OpenGov. Also gave a good summary of the position and what the company does.

Interview
The interview process was organized and communication was clear throughout. The recruiter was very helpful, provided preparation tips, explained what to expect in each stage, and kept me updated along the way. I appreciated the level of support and transparency during the process.
As I moved through the interviews, I realized the role and company culture were not aligned with what I’m looking for at this stage of my career. While it may be a great fit for others, I ultimately felt it wasn't the right match for me, so I wasn't disappointed not to move forward.
Overall, I appreciated the professionalism of everyone involved and the positive experience with the recruiting process.
