Uitnodiging via LinkedIn, gevolgd door telefonische gesprekken en interviews. Uiteindelijk uitgenodigd voor een 'assessment day', waar je onmiddellijk te horen krijgt of je de job hebt of niet. Op de assessment day zijn een 30-tal kandidaten die allen voor dezelfde job solliciteren.

One super day for interviews - I liked it better this way but can be stressful at the same time. A lot of behavioral questions to test your personality.. Offer letters come within a week or two.
Not too bad it is a 3 part interview. First one is a phone call and second and third are in person interviews. For BDR they focus heavily on customer success
