I have applied through college - university. Initially they kept an online test as the initial process of recruitment for all the students who applied in college which is of aptitude and reasoning.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Manila, Manila) in Jun 2008
Interview
Rigorous interview process beginning with HR, followed by a group presentation to the heads of the different Lines of Business (LOB) and a final interview with the country Managing Director.
The HR interview was to gauge whether there was a fit with the Oracle culture while the group presentation to the LOB heads was for them to assess how I worked with others and which LOB I would be better suited for, based on the group interaction. The interview with the Managing Director was more for formality.
