I applied online. I interviewed at Oracle (Austin, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
8 hour virtual call with one on ones and group interview. You have to prepare a lot, you get asked pretty basic questions, but it’s all day which can be exhausting.
I had one behavior interview follow by Superday which is group interview style plus behavior interviews. Most group interview was case focused with someone in the room documenting how we collaborated.
