Interview
Phone Interview with head of Dept. & 2 onsite interviews. The phone interview was a little awkward. The Dept head just doesn't have a very HR friendly disposition. The first onsite interview was easy. It consisted of a 5-10min talk with Dept head, an hour sitting with a support team member and 2 hours of putting together a Lego mind storm robot. The second onsite included a 4 person panel experienced employees. It was a very basic interview. Then lunch with 4 support personnel so you can ask questions about the position. The employees that work here seem to love it but they have a pretty high turn over. Hourly position $18.

Interview
The first interview was a short phone one. Then there was a one hour in-person interview with the head of technical support. It was back and forth basic question and answer. Then there was a second in-person interview lasting three hours. It included a shadowing session and an awkward panel interview where noone really came prepared with questions or having looked over my resume. The best, most worthwhile part of this last interview was the part where three support members answered all my questions about the company.
