I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ornua (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2017
Interview
Assessment day compromised of an interview, team project and a presentation. There were 15 people at the assessment day and I believe there were more than 10 assessment days scheduled. I was interviewed by two people and then I had to present my recommendations to a different couple. I haven't heard back on whether I was successful, yet the assessment was in March, three months ago.
short first interview with three concise questions about past experiences and with time clock, the answewrs get recorded and they take a lot of time to get in touch back and give you feedback

Question 1
How did I convince someone to do something the did not wanted to do

Interview
Virtual Assessment Centre
Everything was fairly standard. I got through to the Assessment Centre and was told it would begin at a certain time but nothing happened for over 15minutes then I got an email to say they are running late so stay in the waiting room and it will begin in about 45mins. (Very bad impression)
I had a group case given on the day, it was a standard enough. No challenges.
My interview was terrible, it was another 1hour delay without reasoning and when I joined the break-out-room they two interviewers had no idea what to do, they didn't have a list of questions to ask and they didn't know who was supposed to run the interview.
Honestly my worst interview experience and glad I am not joining a disorganised company
