Interview
You have to drive to meet the supervisor, and then he pretty much sits you down where ever you decide to meet and then evaluates you. While this may seem like a typical interview and it kind of is, it is still different.
Things he looks for:
- if you are physically in shape
- if you look like you will work hard
- if you have had past management experience
- if you have done manual labor before
- if you are semi intelligent
- if you will sternly lead
if any of these things are no, well you probably will not get the job. They want people who will work very hard for them because they are looked at based on how hard you work. If you fall out of that criteria you will most likely be a headache for them and they don't want that.
Otherwise they pretty much let you run the interview.

Overall, the interview process was very straight forward. Perhaps that was just the person who interviewed me. The company was mostly concerned with filling the, at the time, overwhelming about of open foreman positions.
