      Supportive coworkers but faced significant layoffs

      Pros

      The fellow workers including supervisors. All were nice and willing to help where necessary.

      Cons

      A large scale lay off for the engineering group when we were told the small downsizing at the beginning of the year was all. These were niche jobs and now competing again many others for very limited opportunities. Outsourcing and AI were at the core of this decision.

      Great place to work for but has it's flaws.

      - Accommodating - Benefits - Lower level managers make time for their employees.

      Cons

      - Lack of communication from upper management. - Every job is different but the output number still stays the same. - Funnel pay can be rewarding but management has the option to not offer it, which is kind of scummy if your output is high.
