Interview
We were supposed to have a video interview, but my interviewer was driving and in traffic. I was the only one with my video on and I could tell that I didn't have the interviewer's full attention. I would have preferred if he had rescheduled for a time that he could focus on my interview, I can't help but wonder if I didn't get a fair chance because of this. He said they would be making a decision on the 16th, it is now the 26th and I never heard back from them.

On campus - very casual. Essentially just walked through my resume. Also very general basic questions like Why Osmose? There wasn't really behavioral questions, just questions about my resume and the job itself.
