I interviewed first with VP of Contracts. During this first interview I had to describe how my education and my past work experience could transfer into the position requirements that I was interviewing for. I had to view documents and make creative suggestions that could be used in redesigning the documents. I had to critique the documents and tell the VP what I would do to make them more client friendly. This interview took one hour and thirty minutes. I was walked around the building and introduced to several of the high ranking management. I came back one week later for a second interview with the department manager and two team members. The atmosphere was professional but relaxed and sociable. I was asked questions by each of the three interviewers and gave answers lasting one minute or less. The team seemed favorable, but I picked up on some catty, unprofessionalism from one of the interviewers. Overall, I felt the interview was a success.
