I also noted that the position is not fully remote; it follows a hybrid schedule requiring one to two in-office days per week. The only area of concern was the intensity of the interview process. The level of rigor seemed more appropriate for a senior-level role rather than an entry- or mid-level position. At times, it felt unnecessarily demanding, which may give candidates the impression that the company has limited trust in new employees.
