Interview
The interview was great and this was by far the most efficient recruiting process I've ever encountered. My recruiter was outstanding - she really valued my time and respected that I had other offers I had to respond to. The interviews were pretty standard for a mid level marketing role: a phone screen with the recruiter and hiring manager, a take home exercise, and a round of in person interviews with 5 members of the team. The interviews felt very comfortable and conversational but also gave me the opportunity to share my experience and what I would contribute to the team.

Interview
It was strange. Had a very good call with HR rep. My call with the hiring manager was less than half an hour (person was late to the call). Rushed process, then two weeks later I got a no thanks email. Just wondering if there really was a position available or was just looking for information from candidates.
