I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Outreach (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2017
Interview
3 rounds of interviews, starting with a phone screening with a recruiter, then a phone interview with the Hiring Manager, and finally an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager, VP of Sales Development, and the top SDR. Overall, very pleasant and seems like a good company.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Outreach
Interview
I had a 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter, who immediately moved me forward to the final interview round, which was three 30-minute interviews all on the same day. I was told that the first two interviews would be conversational and the third would be a mock call. I had planned on spending the 2 hours before the last interview prepping for the mock call, but the mock call ended up being during the FIRST round. Unfortunately I was completely unprepared, and the interviewer even said this wasn’t the first time that had happened. Other interview rounds went fine, although the job was consistently described as being “excruciatingly difficult”.
