Interview
The interview process was very long with several gaps. I'd be told a next interview was forthcoming and then not hear anything for weeks. Interviewed with several people, most of which seemed to not be prepared or were distracted.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Outreach (London, England) in May 2020
Interview
Nice interview process. Came across as being a great culture. Interviewer was friendly and professional. The company and role were of interest to me, but I went with another role.

Question 1
(Paraphrasing) What do you think will be the obstacles or challenges to selling our product?
I applied online. I interviewed at Outreach in Apr 2020
Interview
I initially spoke on the phone with the hiring manager, then scheduled a virtual interview months later that included a presentation and an interview loop.
During one of interviews, there was another person from Outreach that was added to the meeting without any warning. I feel that there should be expectations set in the calendar invite about who will be invited to these interviews so the candidate has time to prepare for the interaction.
After the interview, I sent all the appropriate follow-up communications and did not hear back on the results of the interview. I reached out a month later and the recruiter (who was very nice to work with) has still not replied. I was very disappointed to learn that this was how they treat their candidates.

Why Outreach and why now?
They seemed to put a heavy emphasis on working on the weekends and asked if I was willing to do that.
