I had originally applied for another position but an initial phone screen with the recruiter led us both to the conclusion that a different opening they had was a better fit. After that initial screen, I went on to have a call with the department manager before being moved forward to an 4-5 hour on-site interview. Everyone I met was very eager, passionate, and knowledgeable about their respective crafts. The office had a great vibe and communication with the recruiting team was very quick and transparent (for perspective, people don't normally don't get responses from recruiters at 8:30 PM on a weeknight). Interviewers clearly had a focus on what you could do for them with your current skillset rather than drilling down into your career history and making you read your resume to them.
