I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Outreach (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2018
Interview
What an amazing experience! From the first conversation (an amazing recruiter) to the last interaction (SVP of Rev who had a great understanding of employee retention) it was apparent that this is a passionate cohesive unit/team/organization that is driven towards a common goal. It was extremely enlightening to see how a first class organization is run. Everyone I met was very passionate and knowledgeable regarding their respective positions and was excited to share what they were doing as a disruptive force within their space. The culture and environment felt inviting but electric, all at the same time. They made it obvious that Outreach takes their selection of new employees serious as I had multiple meetings including a 2 phone, 2 video and 8 onsite. The whole procedure took sometime but it was worth it. This is a company that is going places and I feel blessed to be apart of it. I completed the process on a Friday and received on offer on Monday. I accepted and can't wait to start training and hit the ground running!
Pretty long tedious process. Screening, manager call, activity, panel and more questions. A lot of work for the acticiry qnd presentation and also a lot of different people to interview with
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Outreach (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Very straight forward. Asked about background, sales experience. Did some sales role play, but was mostly behavioral. Overall, it was quite easy and did not require too much preparation. Just make sure you can talk about yourself and know what the platform and product are and do.

Question 1
How would you best deal with a customer saying this is too expensive?
The recruiting team was lovely to work with. The interview with the hiring manager, however, was heavily scripted and inhibited any kind of connection. It was definitely a one-sided experience.
