They reached out to me, we scheduled a phone screen that went well, they then asked to bring me onsite. They scheduled it without asking for my availability, luckily that time worked for me but it was two weeks down the road. When I finally went in to interview, my whole schedule was changed. The RC showed me around the office and it seemed like she didn't know where anything was. I was then put in a room where I looped with 6 people, 3 of which I was not originally scheduled to meet with. When I talked to hiring managers, they asked random questions and their follow up questions made it seem like they really had no insight into what recruiters actually have to deal with. There was an obvious disconnect there. There are other reviews here that say everyone is young and this is maybe their 2nd job out of college and by the way this interview was conducted, I'd totally agree with that. I don't believe these interviewers have had any formal interview training. At the end of the interview the said they'd follow up with me by the end of the week and then they went dark on me for over a week before a quick call to say they were not going to move forward at this time and didn't give any real reasons as to why I wasn't a fit.
