From start to finish the process took about 8 weeks. After several phone screen meetings, several onsite interviews to meet most of the team and checking my references, I was told that the team was going to hold on the position as they did not know what level they truly needed. While unfortunate from a time perspective, it gave good insight into the overall decision making and focus of the leadership team. Would not have been a fit so happy with the outcome.
