Interview
A phone screen, 30 minute chat with hiring manager, customer scenario exercise, then an onsite. The recruiters at Outreach are AWFUL. Watch out in specific for the recruiter who hires in the Support org. She was very delayed in getting back with answers and next steps and unnecessarily stretched out the process to a month when it could of been down in two weeks. Don't waste your time if this happens to you. Clearly they have some suspicious hiring practices from what I can see in their interviews and it's likely they are just keeping you around as a second option. They also only scheduled an onsite for two hours and when I arrived they had changed two of the interviewers last minute. Very unprofessional. If you get the opportunity to interview for a support engineer role, beware this company and ensure you ask plenty of questions to make sure they are staying honest with you at the least.

Interview
Overall, the process was great. Every person I spoke with was super professional and seemed very genuine. The interview process took just over a month from beginning to end and included four phases.
Phase one started with a phone screening from one of their Recruiters to determine whether the position is a good fit and if so, a technical assessment will be given to you to complete.
Phase two consisted of an interview with one of the hiring managers.
Phase three included a Panel style interview in which you meet with multiple different Company and Technical Leaders. (Definitely prepare for this and be ready for some uncomfortable, yet necessary questions).
Final Phase consist of feedback from the panel interviews .

Interview
The process is intense but can be rewarding in more ways than just getting a job. Everyone that I spoke with was incredibly nice and willing to answer questions during the process. My recruiter was amazing. I was in contact with her often and she always seemed like she was in a good mood. 5 stars. The entire process is long, and you will be forced out of your comfort zone every once in a while. That’s because they ask you to reflect on your past and apply it to certain scenarios. That kind of self analysis can be scary. Overall, a great (but long) process.
