Very poor and disorganized process . I am very glad I did not end up working for this company. Applied through LinkedIn and spoke with recruiter . The recruiter said that I will move to next step and then the recruiter ghosted me for about 3 weeks which was very unprofessional. After I reached out to recruiter, they got me scheduled for another call with hiring manager for another role, the hiring manager asked very basic question like why you interested in sales ? He did not even show any type of genuine interest in getting to learn more about you. From the questions that were asked and the tone from the beginning of the call , It looked like the hiring manager was a college freshman.
