Many companies claim to be fast-moving, but Outreach truly is. From first recruiter call to verbal offer within 7 working days, incredible!
I've been working in the tech industry for more than a decade, but this was the first time I experienced a genuinely great recruiting process.
Big shoutout to Carolina from the recruiting team who facilitated the entire process like a pro. It truly made a difference.

Interview
Typical interview process. Applied online and a recruiter contacted me. There was a phone screen with the person I would report to. After a bit of scheduling, there was a half day of interviews. There were a lot of delays between stages as they are pretty busy.
This company did not provide feedback. Received a canned email. Sent a request to the person I would have reported to and they did not respond back.
