I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Outreach (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2022
Interview
First, it started with an initial phone screen after a recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. Then, I was set up with an hour long pair programming session with 2 engineers on the team. Lastly, the final interview involved a half day of 4 separate sessions that covered another pair programming problem, a hiring manager meeting, a product manager meeting, and a system design problem. The recruiter and team were receptive to my request for an expedited process and I was happy to finish the entire process quickly. Overall, joining Outreach was an easy decision.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Outreach (Seattle, WA) in May 2023
Interview
The interview was for a front-end L1 engineer. Recruiter call -> Phone screen. Didn't make it past the phone screen even though I solved the question perfectly 20 minutes before time. The interview itself wasn't that hard, but there were just too many well qualified candidates.
