Interview
Fair & balanced, with a distinct focus not only on your track record as a seller, but your potential positioning as a cultural fit within the company. Entire section dedicated to DEI - pretty refreshing interview experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Outreach in Mar 2021
Interview
The overall interview process was structured and streamlined where they were testing the candidates' work and technical experience. The company seems promising and overall, I enjoyed the overall vibe of the people and the team. I first had a call with the hiring manager, followed by a take-home analytical exercise. After this, I spoke to 4 members who were either stakeholders or members of the team. The whole process was quick and lasted for about 2 weeks.
