Outreach interview questions

The overall interview process was structured and streamlined where they were testing the candidates' work and technical experience. The company seems promising and overall, I enjoyed the overall vibe of the people and the team. I first had a call with the hiring manager, followed by a take-home analytical exercise. After this, I spoke to 4 members who were either stakeholders or members of the team. The whole process was quick and lasted for about 2 weeks.

It was through a recruitment agency first and then it was a group interview with role play. Then another interviews with multiple role play, push out of comfort questions, personal goals, sales knowledge. 1 week process
