Outreach Technical Support Leadership Role interview questions

One word- horrible. Recruiter reached for initial screening quickly and the call went well. She confirmed that my profile fit the bill and that she was going to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. From that point on, things went south. She completely ghosted me. Waited 2 weeks with multiple follow-up emails and finally got a response from her "something had changed" and she wanted to provide an update. While it was vague, I was happy to get a response and gave her my availability. She ghosted me again. Never heard back. Highly un-professional.
