OwnLocal Sales Development Representative interview questions

I think this was the of the hardest interview I've done. There are 5 rounds and I made it to the 3rd round which was a phone interview. The first round was the initial application and the 2nd round is a project they made you do. I feel that the 2nd round is bittersweet. I like the fact that you can show the employer that you got skills, but it was very time consuming. Then you feel all the stress afterwards if you are not offered a position. It was almost like doing the project and all the research I had to do about the company made me passionate for a company that I can't even work for. All in all, I totally accept the tough interview process because this is a startup.

There was 3 steps in the process not including the fun application. Project Team Interview Culture Fit Interview Project: I was asked to write cold emails to a newspaper and a cold call script for what I would say if I called this newspaper. Team Interview: I met with executives and members of the sales team in a panel type interview. Culture Fit Interview: After the Team Interview I was asked to come back about a week later to have a final interview. This one was the longest and most interactive part of the interview process. I met employees from every team in 4 different rounds.The rounds were like speed dating. I enjoyed this part of the process the most, because I go to know people I would be working beside and people in other departments that I might have to work with in the future.
